Jake made what could be quite a somber tour of Dachau into an informative and educational experience, and did a great job at lightening the mood when needed.

Alex was fabulous as a tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and very fluid with the group and our needs and wants. We traveled by bus and train and it was still a very smooth process. And of course the Dachau Memorial was moving.

The sights , information from Francesca and the skill of the driver to avoid the traffic jams made the trip very worthwhile
