My tour guide Dale! He was hilarious and went above and beyond. He took us to get lunch at a local bakery and even took pictures of my brother and I.

Mark was a great guide! So informative and kept us right on track. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to go to Niagara Falls.

Our tour guide, Greg, a Niagara Fallas native, was phenomenal!!! He was energetic, funny, relateable, and very knowledgeable about the area/falls/history. He made the tour interactive and just so enjoyable. Definitely stay up to the front so you can interact/participate more. He gave us great advice to enjoy the Maid of the Mist: on the way out, stay up at the bottom/front and enjoy the experience by keeping your phones out away; on the way back to the doct, head to the upper back for photo oops. You will get wet. Be prepared to change clothes later. Would highly recommended!

Our tour guide dave was super friendly and funny. he was very knowledgeable about the facts about the falls, and made the experience enjoyable! The tour around the falls it's self was very very beautiful but it was nice to have someone to crack jokes and laugh with on the way

It was a very educational and fun tour with Selena. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire experience. On top of that, her excellent Spanish skills were a wonderful surprise. I wasn’t expecting the tour to be available in my native language, nor did I ask for it, so being able to enjoy her explanations in Spanish added tremendous value to the experience. Thank you, Selena, for being so warm, professional, and thoughtful throughout the tour. You truly made our visit to Niagara Falls even more special!

Great experience. Perhaps you should consider adding the waiver to your online booking system, as it created a bottle-neck at entry.

Some experiences are just too good to be put in words and this certainly counts as one of it! Certainly would go back again! Note that depending on the time of day, you might need to wait for an hour in the queue after checking in
