Det udleverede audioudstyr var fremragende til at hjælpe os med at finde rundt på slottet og gav os en dybere indsigt i både dets historie og nutid. Fantastisk kommunikation efter billetkøbet. Kan helt klart anbefale at booke gennem dette firma og besøge Holyrood Palace. Vi nød virkelig vores besøg.

We stayed longer than we expected at this lovely palace cum home. There is a lot to appreciate. A bonus for me & the D/deaf community was the audio guide which has BSL & captions in English. I had forgotten my loop ear hooks so relied on the subtitles. I'm not sure if the subtitles would work in different languages but that would be something to consider.

Palace of Holyroodhouse var helt fantastisk, med velinformeret personale og god organisation; det var skønt at gå rundt i haven. Vi sluttede af i caféen, som også var rigtig god. Det værste var at booke gennem Headout i stedet for direkte. Vi fik forkerte oplysninger af dem.

Easy to book...helpful ...easy to contact to clarify any concerns regarding arrival times etc...local staff in Edinburgh were very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.Really enjoyed our visit to the Britania and the relaxing trip on the Blue bus again we had friendly helpful staff.

Vi ankom uden problemer til mødestedet. Vi fik hurtigt overdraget vores billetter og audioguider og gik i gang med det planlagte besøg. Alt gik præcis som lovet, og efter to timers stor nydelse forlod vi stedet som aftalt. Alt var rigtig godt!
