Loved every minute and visited 6 times but the daily problem was there was no specific entry point for annual pass holders. This meant either joining the group Q or main Q or asking any member of staff in the vicinity . Some were very helpful but telling us to go in any door meant meant clearly going to the head of any Q which is rather uncomfortable to do when you have to go in front of people who naturally have been wiring some time,. If there was a clear point of entry for pass holders this would alleviate the problem. I intend to return in the near future so would be pleased to hear from you what my improvements you have made. I look forward to hearing from you.

Easy and fast online purchase when the lines at the ticket office were really long. You pick up the tickets at a guest center close to the main square in Siena. Tickets worked everywhere as expected. Audioguide was one of the best in our 14 day Italy trip. Clear, factual, well laid out. The Complex is remarkable and shouldn't be missed. Don't skip the library inside the cathedral. Allow time for a line from the top floor of the museum to the bell tower. The views are worth it.

Siena Cathedral is absolutely breathtaking; it surpasses everything else we saw in Venice and Florence. No photo can do justice to experiencing this collection of centuries-old artworks in person. The cathedral, the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, and the basilica are impressive and definitely worth seeing. What bothered me, however, was that the admission tickets cost €23 each plus a 20 percent processing fee—the printed price was €18 without fees. Therefore, I cannot recommend Headout.

Visiting Siena Cathedral was great! However, getting our tickets took a very long time—about 50 minutes—required a phone call to Headout, and cost an extra €3 on top of the regular ticket price of €12! Everyone should judge for themselves whether that is fair!

I went in right at opening time, with minimal waiting. Buying your ticket in advance saves you the hassle of hunting down a ticket counter and waiting in extra lines. Siena Cathedral is a true treasure trove of extraordinary art. We had the chance to admire the marble mosaic floors (which aren't always uncovered). Highlights include Michelangelo's marble masterpieces and the Piccolomini Library, covered in frescoes by Pinturicchio. On top of that, the combo ticket lets you visit the crypt and the baptistery. If you like, you can also explore masterpieces of Sienese painting from the 14th century onward in the adjacent museum and enjoy a spectacular view from the so-called "Facciatone"—an absolute must for photographers and enthusiasts alike.
