Pro tips to help you make a pick

Choose the base Cloud + Star ticket when you only want indoor skyline views; book a higher combo if you specifically want 450 m or 488 m access.

Do not treat the 488 Lookout and Bubble Tram as the same product: 488 is a static high lookout, while Bubble Tram is a moving crown-level ride.

Buy a Sky Drop ticket or bundle only when you want the free-fall ride; it is not included in normal observation admission.

Pick the all-in bundle when you want Cloud + Star + 450 + 488 + Bubble Tram + Sky Drop in one purchase instead of choosing separate upper-zone upgrades.

Ordinary prebooking may skip only the payment step; redemption, real-name validation, security, and elevator queues can remain after arrival.

Bring valid ID for the tower's real-name entry process. Visitors without a second-generation Chinese ID may need to enter their identity manually and receive a printed receipt.

If sunset and night views are the priority, choose a slot about one hour before sunset and plan for that arrival window rather than booking a daytime-only visit.

On Mondays, Bubble Tram and Sky Drop start later than the tower's general opening hours. Check the ride schedule and weather before choosing those products, because outdoor lookouts and rides can be delayed or suspended, and poor visibility after ticket redemption is not, by itself, a refund reason under the OTA policy language.
