Prambanan Temple Tickets

What to bring

• Carry a printed or digital ticket with a scannable QR code for entry.

• Foreign visitors should carry a passport or a copy for identification, if requested.

• Wear clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. Free sarongs are available at the entrance.

What's not allowed

• Drones are not permitted inside the temple complex.

• Tripods, monopods, gimbals, and large telephoto lenses require prior written approval.

• Outside food, alcohol, and smoking are not allowed within the temple grounds.

Accessibility

• Wheelchairs can access the main pathways and exterior viewing areas, but not the inner temple chambers.

• An electric shuttle is available between the entrance, main plaza, and Sewu Temple for visitors with mobility needs.

• Accessible restrooms are available near the main entrance.

Additional information

• Prambanan Temple is open daily from 6:30am to 5pm, with last entry at 4:30pm.

• Children aged 3 years and above require an admission ticket. Children under 3 years enter free.

• The inner Trimurti Courtyard is closed every Monday, and the central temples cannot be accessed on that day.

• Lockers are available near the main entrance but may be limited during peak visiting hours.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
