The complex is very well organized, and the diversity of marine species is impressive. The underwater tunnels offer a spectacular experience, as they allow you to observe marine animals up close. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and designed for both adults and children. What I loved the most abot the experience was how incredibly easy and intuitive it was to buy the tickets through Headout. I thought the staff stationed along the entire route were a great touch: very professional and friendly. I didn’t like the system for ordering burgers through an app—it seemed a bit confusing to me...There was some confusion at checkout: should you pay right after ordering through the app or when you receive your food...it’s not clear when to pay, and we wasted time because of the confusion...it’s designed only for card payments, which are indeed instant.
