About Al Noor Island

Al Noor Island layers several experiences into a compact circuit rather than focusing on one garden or one indoor attraction. The route combines landscaped outdoor spaces, distributed art installations, shoreline seating, a children’s playground, Noor Café, and the Butterfly House. By day, butterflies and gardens lead the visit; after sunset, lit installations and promenade ambience become the main focus.

Why visit Al Noor Island?

Visit the Butterfly House

The climate-controlled Butterfly House near the entrance is the island’s main signature attraction. It typically takes about 20–30 minutes and adds live butterflies plus lifecycle interpretation, making it the clearest difference between a simple garden walk and the fuller Al Noor Island experience.
