What to bring

• Voucher: Bring your booking confirmation in the format stated on your voucher.

• Photo ID: Bring a valid photo ID such as a passport or government ID that matches your booking name.

• Boarding pass: Carry your same day airport boarding pass for lounge entry.

• Dress code: Smart casual attire is recommended for lounge entry.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the lounge.

• Unaccompanied minors: Unaccompanied children or infants are not permitted to enter the lounge.

• Alcohol policy: Alcohol is not served to guests who are under 18 years old.

• Schengen access: Only Schengen travelers may use this lounge. Non-Schengen travelers will have to book another lounge pass.

• Passport rules: You must hold an EU, EEA, or Swiss passport to access this Schengen lounge.

• Gate distance: The lounge is about 3 to 8 minutes from A and B gates, and 7 to 10 minutes from D gates.

• Airline eligibility: The lounge is open to all travellers regardless of airline or cabin class.

• Children policy: Children and infants are only allowed when accompanied by an adult.

• Food service: Some food items are only served at selected times of day.

• Special diets: Specific gluten-free, kosher, dairy-free, or halal meals are not provided.
