The lounge was excellent. We found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and efficient. The shower facilities where very clean and roomy. We liked the wide range of food/drink selections. Keep up the great work.

The lounge was much appreciated after a very cramped flight on an A350 aircraft. Although not massive (and the lounge was pretty full), the seating was extremely comfortable, with charging facilities for each seat bank (a great bonus as I travel with a medicine fridge which I prefer to plug into mains power rather than running down my power packs). The food and drink options were very good and kept refilled during our time. I would certainly use again and recommend to others

Great place to spend a couple of hours in comfort and hassle free great value plenty to eat and a varied selection of food and beverages the shower area not massive but clean and spacious enough will definitely choose it again

Great lounge, lovely staff. It was very full when we were there, but they allowed us to use a private section. Food was quite good, and showers were clean. Overall - pleased.
