Getting started

Arrive at the academy in time for your scheduled Standard Group Session, Instructor-Led Studio Workshop. After a brief check-in, you meet your professional instructor and move into the studio space. Once you are settled at your workstation, the class outline for the hands-on studio session at the academy is introduced.

What to expect

Spend your time inside the academy’s drawing studio, where the session focuses on building core skills in a relaxed group setting.

Features

• Structured teaching of line, proportion, and shading guides you from basic marks to a complete composition, with beginners welcome in groups of up to 15 guests.
• A hands-on studio session at the academy forms the core of the experience, so you actively draw rather than just watch demonstrations.
• A professional instructor and all drawing materials are provided, including a full set of tools so you do not need to bring any supplies.
• Your finished drawing to take home is yours at the end of the workshop, along with souvenir photos that capture you at work in the studio.
• Traditional Moroccan tea, typically mint tea, is served during the session to create a short pause for conversation while you observe your progress.
