I bought the tickets online—the whole process was very simple and easy to understand. Seven of us went to Universal Studios; it was really crowded even though it was a Wednesday, with lots of tourists, but even so, the maximum wait time was 50 minutes—though we didn’t wait that long. The lines moved quickly, the park is wonderful and rich in detail, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I hope to return soon.

We had a really great time at Universal Studios Japan and can absolutely recommend the park! The entire park is beautifully designed and offers an incredible array of details, attractions, and experiences. Our personal highlight was definitely Super Nintendo World. The moment you step inside, you feel like you’ve been transported right into a Super Mario game. The design, the colors, and the many small details are truly impressive and create a very special atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the Harry Potter World. Hogwarts, Hogsmeade, and the entire surrounding area are designed with an incredible attention to detail. Especially as a Harry Potter fan, there’s so much to discover there. Overall, the visit was a wonderful experience for us and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. We’d visit Universal Studios Japan again in a heartbeat and highly recommend a visit!

A very positive experience. Daily (full-day) admission to Universal Studios and timed admission (starting at a certain time, and then you can stay as long as you like) to Super Nintendo World. Maybe they should limit access to SNW even more because there were wait times of 180–200 minutes at some rides. Our kids were thrilled.

A great family day out at Universal Studios Japan with my mom and sister, even though the heat was intense. The Jurassic Park water splash attraction was a standout, my sister was hesitant at first but faced her fear and had a blast. Highly recommend for a fun, memorable trip despite the summer heat.

What's not allowed

Re-entry to the park is not allowed once you exit the park.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

Wheelchairs and strollers can be rented for a small fee. However, they are subject to availability and cannot be reserved beforehand.

It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

Depending on your height or medical condition, you may be unable to use some attractions.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Please note that USJ Express Pass tickets cannot be uploaded in the USJ app as there is no such provision.
