It was ok. Decent/modest entertainment suitable for a family with children. But would have preferred a buffet instead of served meals. Not so many choices for multicultural clients. But overall excellent

The cruise experience was incredible, but the airport transfer left a lot to be desired: the outbound transfer didn't pick us up in front of the hotel, claiming that the van couldn't fit down the street (it was raining that day), and the return transfer simply wasn't at the same spot where they had dropped us off. Not to mention, they never let us know where they would be waiting for us. A major lack of communication and total lack of accountability toward customers.

Perfectly organised, my only things would be it took ages before we left and the main course lacked..I had seabass...it was cold and the only other thing on plate was 2 cold curled up potato slices. Disappointing seats as we were too far away to see entertainment and other people blocking television. Could be fantastic but I think trying to please too many people

The Bosphorus night cruise was an outstanding experience and without a doubt one of the best activities we did in Istanbul. The views of the illuminated skyline, historic palaces, waterfront mansions, and the Bosphorus bridges were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was attentive and professional, the entertainment was lively and engaging, and the entire evening was well organized from start to finish. The dinner was enjoyable, and the atmosphere on board made the experience truly special. A wonderful evening, a good dinner with a show featuring fantastic and engaging dancers. Well organized with transfers to and from the hotel.
