Everything was perfect—no lines or issues at the entrance. The smartphone audio guide was very informative without being overly factual, allowing plenty of time to explore the beautiful rooms at your own pace. I recommend this type of tour for anyone who wants to explore on their own but still get a thorough description of the spaces they visit.

It was a wonderful experience... it was raining... we were able to wait in a small waiting room outside the ticket office... the palace is truly exceptional, as are the gardens... you have to see them at least once in your life!!!!!!!!

The castle is magnificent and well worth a visit. However, the guard wouldn't let us into the gardens before the scheduled castle tour time. Headout says "with audio guide," but you have to pay for them on site!!

The app is easy to use, but there were a few issues with the audio guide. Unfortunately, it wasn't updated to reflect which rooms were open to visitors and which weren't, so it was sometimes hard to tell which part of the palace it was referring to. Otherwise, the content was excellent and clearly explained.
