Buying tickets online through Headout to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta was quick and hassle-free: immediate confirmation and fast entry. I also downloaded the video guide, which was very useful for following the route. During activation, I had a small problem with the language of the video guide. I called customer service and the support was excellent: immediate response, knowledgeable staff, and the problem was resolved in a few minutes. The Palace is spectacular: majestic rooms, well-kept gardens, and a route that leaves you speechless. Headout made everything simple, clear, and well-managed. Great product, highly recommended.

By booking the tickets in advance online, I was hoping to get an actual audio guide in French to accompany the tour, but it's just the phone app which is free for everyone. Knowing that there was no line at the ticket counter to buy entrance tickets on-site... I'm a bit disappointed, but the palace and its gardens are truly magnificent!

Easy booking and easy entry to the palace. I would advise to download the guide before arrival to use on your phone as the staff at the palace were not helpful to get you connected. I saw a post to do this and I don't think we would have had an audio guide otherwise.

The palace is very beautiful. The only problem was the parking and the lack of signs to get there. When we finally managed to get there, it was half an hour after the time on our tickets, but they very kindly let us in.

The palace is amazing and well worth a visit; however, I didn't need to stress about the tickets since there was no one in line when we arrived at 11:30am. We paid for the Audio Guide, but it was very frustrating for me to use. I thought the it would go in order from place to place and I even hoped that it would come on automatically as we entered each room, but that was not the case. I had a hard time matching the room we were in with the correct description on the Audio Guide. In addition, I had opted for the English tour, but in the middle of the tour, it suddenly switched to Italian for a few of the rooms. I got frustrated and just gave up using it. It was easier for me to just read the English part of the signs that were in each room. A map showing the route with the rooms being labeled would have been very helpful. The water features in the gardens aren't operating right now, but don't miss the grotto in the English Garden!
