We entered at 12:20 p.m. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of this museum, and especially to the guide who accompanied us throughout the entire tour and introduced himself as Thomas. He has a remarkable talent for explaining the exhibits and keeping visitors engaged in everything they see and hear. He shared a wealth of fascinating information and insights that we had not found anywhere else, presenting them with great respect and a profound understanding of the history of that period. Both my son and I were deeply impressed by this visit, but above all by Thomas's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and shared many stories about how the invasion of Poland began. There was a lot of interesting information about Oskar Schindler and his wife, who managed to save about 1,000 Jews during World War II. The guide also talked about his personal connections to World War II, which was very interesting and provided a different perspective. The tour concluded with a viewing of photos of the people whose lives were saved thanks to Schindler’s efforts, and we also learned that one of the survivors still lives in Krakow and visited the museum just a few weeks ago. I highly recommend that others take a guided tour. A word of warning: it doesn’t look like a typical museum—the machinery and the factory aren’t preserved in the way they were used during the war—but there are many other interesting things and stories that are worth seeing.

Booking was easy and information with a picture of the meeting point was fine. 👍 The experience at the museum was not what I expected. On the tour we heard only little about Schindler himself and how he saved all these people. What exactly did he do, what made him change from full blown nazi to helping jews? How did he manage to manipulate the Germans? Why did it save people by moving the factory to another country? And so on. Facts and more in depth information as if we had not seen the movie (comparisons etc being completely fine, of course). If you want to know more about life in general during the war, this museum is worth visiting. If you want to know and understand more about Schindler himself and what made him so extraordinary (apart from someone making a movie about him), I would seek knowledge in other places.

Our guide, Anna, was absolutely fantastic!!! She was incredibly knowledgeable; she brought the museum’s exhibits to life and made us feel as though we were living alongside the people who lived in Krakow during the occupation. She was able to draw connections to other time periods, other countries, and historical events. She asked thought-provoking questions and offered various possible interpretations of why people acted the way they did. She was also great at taking care of the group, explaining the itinerary, and clearly outlining what would happen and how long each part would take. A truly unforgettable experience!

The museum guide, "Monika," was very easy to understand and gave us very detailed information. She answered all our questions and took plenty of time with us. The tour was supposed to last 1.5 hours, but it ended up taking 2 hours, which was really great. No stress. The tour was simply fantastic! As for the museum itself, we unfortunately have to point out that all written explanations were available only in Polish or English. That was a hindrance for my father, who only speaks German.
