We had visited 3 Mandai Wildlife parks. Singapore Zoo, River Wonders and the Night Safari. My kid is 5 years old and he enjoyed all of them. They way they are treating the animals in all 3 parks is excellent. The staff is there is well trained and well knowledgable.

Head out was highly recommended and the best choice we had but somehow our experience on the tkts being issues was really very bad from head out .. the issue of tkts for us and our guest took more than 12 hours and we put out with friends and our guests with kids from another country and had to literally get more than an hour onchat / calll to get it sorted .. on the parks front we are left with Zoo which will be covered today .. but the overall experience was wow as always .. Rainfortest Safari and night safari was the best indeed of all giving us the best feeling of tracking , enjoying the animals and nature at its best

It was an amazing experience visiting Mandai Wildlife Reserve. The Mandai team has done a fantastic job designing all the parks so thoughtfully. We got the 5-day park pass and explored all five parks—each one offered a unique and memorable wildlife experience. My 5-year-old daughter absolutely loved it and enjoyed something special in every park. The presentation shows were especially impressive—very well designed and engaging for both kids and adults. What to bring

Bring your e-ticket confirmation (printed or digital) for entry; concession tickets require a valid student or senior ID.

Wear light clothing, comfortable shoes, and pack sunscreen, a cap, mosquito repellent, and a poncho or umbrella for rain.

Bring a reusable water bottle – refill stations are available across all parks.

What's not allowed

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside park entrances.

Outside food and drinks (besides small snacks), pets, balloons, drones, bicycles, skate scooters, rollerblades, and pull trolleys are not allowed.

Do not feed, touch, or tease the animals; stick to marked paths as some wildlife roam freely via open exhibits.

Flash photography is not allowed inside wildlife zones; please be mindful of animals’ comfort.

Accessibility

All five parks are stroller and wheelchair accessible, with rentals available at the entrance.

Step-free paths and aviary access are provided; accessible restrooms and nursing rooms are located across the venues.

First-aid stations, free WiFi, luggage storage, and prayer rooms are also available.

Additional information

Last admission is 1 hour before closing time for all parks; re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband or ticket.

Rainforest Wild Adventure and Night Safari require advance time slot bookings. Presentation seats for River Wonders and Night Safari must be reserved online – the portal opens 2 hours before showtime.

Animal presentations and feeding sessions have limited seating—arrive 10–15 mins early, especially for popular shows like Splash Safari.

Complimentary shuttle buses run between all 5 parks within Mandai Wildlife Reserve; transfers to/from Khatib MRT incur an additional fee.

Guests holding any Mandai Destination Pass (2/3/4/5 Parks or 5 Parks in 1 Day) may proceed directly to the dedicated Mandai Destination Pass lane at the entrance of all participating parks.

Outdoor shows and interaction zones may close during bad weather—check the app or signage for updates.

Effective 1 April, the operating hours for River Wonders are 9am – 6pm (last entry at 5pm).

Giant Panda Exhibit: 9:30am – 6pm.

Amazonia Encounters: 9:30am – 6pm.

Amazon River Quest: 10am – 6pm (last entry at 5pm).

Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, River Wonders & Rainforest Wild Adventure tickets are valid 5 days from issuance.

Night Safari is valid only on the selected date and timeslot.

Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the ticket holder.

Admission is at the holder’s own risk. SZG, MPD, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury; assistance provided does not imply liability.

Photos or recordings taken in the park may not be used for commercial purposes.

Unauthorized duplication or resale of tickets is prohibited.

In case of disputes, SZG and MPD electronic records shall prevail.

Prices and conditions may change without prior notice.

Tickets cannot be converted to a Mandai Wildlife Reserve membership.
