We booked the guided walking tour to see the Maiden of the Mist, observation deck and then the Cave of the Winds. We were paired with Gregory and it was honestly the best tour we have ever did. our tour guide is from the area and he was well informed of the area and the historical facts and recommendations of the area. His fun facts were a hit with my son. And he is a moody teenager so that should tell you Im telling the truth. It was easy to find the beginning point. It is definitely a walking tour some people in the group missed that bit of information but its a very slow pace. If you ever take this tour I hope you get Gregory. We were the purple and green bead group!!

Our family of four loved our tour! Our guide Paul was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us some great tips on where to visit and how to get around. We took the trolley on the way back at his advice, and it was soo worth the $13 we paid for it. The Maid of the Mist boat tour was so much fun, though my 4-year-old was a little freaked out by the falls. We also enjoyed the Cave of the Winds, but it was mostly an opportunity to get soaked! The history video at the beginning of the Cave of the Winds tour was fun and informative. We all enjoyed it.

I have been waiting 30 years to finally make it to Niagara to do this bucket list item and it did not disappoint! The Maid of the Mist tour was my favorite and I was squealing with excitement as we got close to Horseshoe falls! My daughter looked at me like I was crazy. Then we went to the observation tower and the Cave of the Winds. Our guide, Nate, was fantastic. Full of educational information, as well as fun stories of his own and gave excellent recommendations. We had such a great time. Thank you!

What an amazing tour!! Brian was such a wonderful guide with so much knowledge and great stories about the falls. You can tell he really loves his city and has such a passion for Niagara! There was never a dull moment!! Plus they pick you up and drop you off right where you're staying! 10/10 recommend this tour and company and specifically Brian!!!!

I had a chance to see Niagara falls on both sides of US and Canada. With the American tourr, I had the most exciting experience when I was right under the water fall to feel the might of nature. The view of Niagara falls from Canada's was more complete and beautiful but you have no chance to see the falls up close like the tour in American side.

Our guide Carl was wonderful. Being a history buff allowed him to give us an abundance of information on the history of the Falls and surrounding areas. We were able to see additional sights between the Maid of the Mist and the Cave of the Winds also. I did not rate 5 stars because Carl's mic was not always working on the bus.

Our tour guide was very informative about Niagra Falls and kept us entertained the whole way. We got some awesome pictures of the majestic falls.
