Head out failed to inform us that the time had changed from 10.00am to 11.00 am. This caused us a lot of angst as we had an 88 year old out of the 3 of us. Head out also failed to inform us that we needed to take our own cups for tea/coffee.

My family and I really enjoyed spending the day on this cruise. We got to see bottlenose dolphins, birds, and other wildlife on the way. It was a truly magical experience! I would definitely recommend this cruise if you’re visiting Australia. It’s a great way to experience the natural beauty and get away from the city.

This was an excellent cruise! The staff was friendly, the boat was clean, and the lunch was delicious! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The cruise itself was very relaxing. A great way to unwind and enjoy natural sights.
  • The cruise departs from Mandurah Cruises Jetty at Mandjar Square mid-morning aboard the twin-level Dancing Dolphin catamaran. Morning tea is served as the boat crosses the Peel Inlet, with an antipasto charcuterie board following as the route continues past the RAMSAR-listed Creery Wetlands, one of the region's most significant birdlife habitats. A local expert guide provides live commentary throughout on the area's history, ecology, and wildlife.

Crossing the Peel Estuary, the cruise enters the Murray River, WA's longest permanent river in the Jarrah Forest and one of the few major rivers in Australia that remains undammed. The route continues upstream to the Murray River Bridge at Forrest Highway. The 2-course buffet lunch is served while cruising the cottage-lined river.

On the return, the boat passes through Port Mandurah's canal waterways before arriving back at the jetty. Bingo with prizes runs on the return leg, with board games and books available throughout. Mandurah's bottlenose dolphins are frequently spotted along the route, particularly while crossing the estuary.

Total duration is approximately 4.5 hours.
