Our guide (I think his name was Marek?) made us feel at home from the start, even when I kept stalling the snowmobile lol. Pools outside were steaming with snow falling, unreal vibe. Cheese at the bonfire was delish and everyone got free shots. If you hate crowds, maybe go midweek? The snowmobiles are crazy fast (almost wiped out lol), and the guides joke around but keep it safe. Bonfire after, sausages and vodka, then the thermal pools where I basically melted. Bring a towel!
