Une expérience absolument EXTRAORDINAIRE ! 🤩🌴 Une journée inoubliable en famille, digne d’un véritable film d’Indiana Jones ! Entre les tyroliennes spectaculaires au-dessus de la jungle, les parcours en buggy, les rivières souterraines et les incroyables aventures dans les grottes, nous avons vécu des sensations exceptionnelles du début à la fin ! Tout est parfaitement organisé, les installations sont impressionnantes et le cadre naturel est tout simplement magique. Nos trois garçons ont adoré, et même mon épouse, qui appréhendait les tyroliennes, a finalement relevé tous les défis avec enthousiasme ! Un immense coup de cœur de notre voyage au Mexique ! Une expérience mêlant aventure, adrénaline, émerveillement et moments de complicité en famille. Un parc absolument exceptionnel, à vivre au moins une fois dans sa vie ! BRAVO et MERCI à toute l’équipe de Xplor ! 🇲🇽👏🔥

We got picked up late, so by the time we finally reached the park we were behind by an hour, and then they acted like tips were expected, which felt weird. But the park itself is actually really cool, practically everything’s in caves or underground. High points for sure were the zipline and the water slide—even though that one took forever to get on. Food was average, but the smoothie stand was pretty solid with a lot of options. Definitely take a waterproof case for your phone and bring water shoes, you’ll need both. The bus was pretty neat, too.

They picked us up at 9:30, but we didn’t get rolling until 10:30 even though the bus ride was really short. By the time we checked in it was nearly 10:45, then you have to grab your gear. I’d say do the toboginate first since everyone wants that one—I didn’t like it at all, felt sketchy to me, but my family enjoyed it. The caves, zip lines, food, nice workers, and how clean the place was—all of that was awesome. Definitely pick up the photo package, such good value.

Getting started

Present your ticket and physical passport at the entrance, or before boarding if you selected hotel pickup from Cancun. Store your belongings in the shared locker, collect the required safety gear, and explore the park at your own pace.

What to expect

Zip-lines and jungle routes

Ride the park’s zip-line circuits above the jungle, then drive an amphibious vehicle through trails, tunnels, and flooded caves.

Underground adventures

Walk and wade through the Underground Expedition, paddle along cavern waterways, and swim through the Stalactite River surrounded by rock formations.

Water activities

Try Hammock Splash, ride Toboganxote, and follow the spelunking route through the park’s cave landscapes.

Food and facilities

Refuel throughout the day with unlimited snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, plus a buffet lunch. Changing rooms, rest areas, Wi-Fi, and shops are also available.

Wrapping up

Guests who select hotel pickup from Cancun can board the return transfer after the visit. Otherwise, depart the park independently.

What to bring

Bring a physical passport for park entry and transportation.

Wear water shoes, as they are required for the activities.

Bring valid ID for children to verify their age.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Use only sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide.

Accessibility

The minimum age to enter Xplor Park is 5 years.

Helmets are mandatory, and participants must know how to swim.

Toboganxote requires a minimum height of 1.30m.

Zip-lines require a minimum height of 1.10m.

A shared locker for two people is included.

Same-day booking-date changes are not permitted.

Cancellations within two days and no-shows are nonrefundable.
