Upgrading to Xcaret Plus was the best decision we made! The included buffet meal at one of the specialty restaurants was delicious with endless regional Mexican dishes and cold drinks. Having access to the exclusive Area Plus facilities with private lockers, dressing rooms, and snorkel equipment rental made our day completely stress-free.

Xcaret is an absolute national treasure! Floating along the underground rivers through ancient limestone caves was surreal. The evening night show 'Xcaret México Espectacular' in the Gran Tlachco theater with over 300 performers was jaw-dropping. Booking our admission tickets ahead of time made check-in seamless.

Getting started

Present your ticket and physical passport at the entrance. Once inside, explore the park at your own pace and choose between river activities, wildlife exhibits, beaches, pools, and cultural attractions.

What to expect

Xcaret Park

Xcaret combines nature, wildlife, water activities, and Mexican culture across more than 50 included attractions.

Underground rivers

Swim or float through three underground rivers using the included life jacket and inner tube. A secure bag is provided for your belongings during the activity.

Wildlife and nature

Visit the Butterfly Pavilion, Coral Reef Aquarium, and Aviary, then follow the tropical jungle trail through the park.

Beaches and family areas

Relax at the beach, inlet, or natural pools, with lounge chairs, hammocks, changing rooms, and showers available. Children can also explore the dedicated Children’s World area.

Mexican culture and live shows

Watch the Horse Exhibition, Papantla Flying Men, and Pre-Hispanic Dances during the day. End with Xcaret México Espectacular, featuring 300+ performers and scenes inspired by Mexico’s history and traditions.

Upgrades

Select options include Plus Area access, buffet lunch with drinks, snorkeling gear, and hotel pick-up and drop-off.

What to bring

Bring a physical passport, swimsuit, towel, water shoes, and a change of clothes.

What’s not allowed

Only sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide is permitted.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas inside the park.
