Our initial train was cancelled, but with rail planner we were able to immediately find and book a new ticket. It was also easy to show our tickets to the train conductor with the app.

The Eurial Global Flexible Pass has been easy to use and manage my tickets. It's nice that you can use one day and take multiple trains within that day (very helpful when you have missed your prior train). It provides most of the platform numbers at each station. Only thing I can say that I wish was better about it is that, it would be nice if there was a better list of train station names for cities (got on train to another part of the city)

Buena tarde En Francia nos han cobrado las reservas muy costosas El pase de Raíl Planer no aparece en la página de TGVINOUI y nos ha tocado ir a las estaciones con mucho tiempo de anticipación para poder obtener las reservas Hemos perdido trenes por esta situación Espero que mañana que llegamos a España no nos sigan cobrando tarifas muy costosas, adicionales al pase Muchas gracias

Train service was great. As an American, all information was also available in English. Staff was courteous. Train was clean organized and quiet. Only downside was an almost 3 hour delay not related to the train service itself

Seamless activation

Activate your pass easily using the Rail Planner App. Add your journeys to generate QR code tickets and board trains without printing physical tickets. Simply scan and go, and reserve seats for select routes when required.

What to bring

A valid passport (mandatory for ticket checks).

Your mobile device with the Rail Planner app installed.

What’s not allowed

This pass is not valid for residents of Europe or select nationalities (e.g., Russia, Turkey, Iran).

Traveling without adding journeys before boarding.

Accessibility

Most European trains are wheelchair accessible, but assistance may vary by country and carrier.

Contact local station services in advance for mobility assistance.

Additional information

Seat reservations are mandatory on certain high-speed and night trains and cost extra.
