Our visit to teamLab Planets Tokyo was absolutely incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. Every room offered a unique combination of lights, colors, sounds, and interactive art that made us feel like we were part of the exhibition. Walking through the water, mirrored spaces, and immersive installations was an unforgettable experience. The visual effects were breathtaking, and every area was beautifully designed, making it impossible to stop taking photos and videos. The entire experience was fun, relaxing, and surprisingly emotional at times. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. If you are traveling to Tokyo, this is a place you simply cannot miss. We had an amazing time from beginning to end and would happily visit again. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to teamLab Planets Tokyo. Our favorite exhibits were the immersive water installations, but we also loved the floating flower garden and the giant bouncing spheres. Every part of the experience was beautifully designed, interactive, and fun for all ages. It was a fantastic family activity and a great way to spend a few hours indoors on a hot summer day. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

La réservation a été simple et rapide. Ayant déjà visité d'autres espaces immersifs, j'ai pris mes billets principalement pour faire plaisir à ma fille, qui venait pour la première fois. J'ai été agréablement surprise par la diversité et la qualité des expériences sensorielles proposées. Nous avons passé deux heures à tout tester. Il y a beaucoup de monde mais les files d'attente restent très raisonnables. Nous avons désormais envie de découvrir les autres Teamlabs.

My visit to teamLab Tokyo was a truly unique experience. I was amazed by the immersive digital art installations and the way the exhibits interacted with movement, light, and sound. Walking barefoot through some of the rooms and becoming part of the artwork made the experience feel very special and unforgettable. Everything was well organized, and I enjoyed discovering each space with a sense of wonder. It was one of the highlights of my trip to Tokyo.

Hi, We had a great time at Tokyo Lab DMM. We enjoyed naturally very much the water section for it's variety, novelty and fluidity of design and motion. We appreciated too the other sections, had quite a nice rest contemplating the flower ceiling, were amazed by the custom animations of our drawings and enjoyed the atmosphere of the setting in general and the organization. Definitely a nice place to go, we visited at 8pm and it was perfect like that.

A great 2hrs or more to spend. Really fun for younger children 6-10, but ages as well. Something different. Negative points..... there is absolutely nothing to eat around the place while you wait for your turn. There is a place inside, but that's when you are finished. What a let down. Just get a couple of food carts around the place and people will be much happier. Also crowded.

Arrive at teamLab Planets TOKYO near the main entrance, where staff will guide you through ticket validation and a brief security check. Lockers are available for small items, and guests are encouraged to wear pants due to mirrored surfaces in some areas.

This contemporary museum spans over 10,000 square meters, offering a multi-sensory journey through large-scale digital artworks. Each space is designed to engage all five senses, making you an active participant in the art.

What to bring

Wear pants to avoid reflections on mirrored floors. Skirts and wide-legged clothing are not recommended.

Clothes may get wet. Bring a change of clothes or wear quick-dry clothing, especially for children.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, food and beverages, and sharp objects are not permitted inside the exhibition.

Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the venue.

Pets, including guide dogs, are not allowed.

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

Accessibility

Strollers must be left in the designated area before entering. Baby carriers are permitted inside the exhibition.

Guests with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. These wheelchairs are standard models without fastening devices.

This experience is not recommended for visitors with light sensitivity, back issues, or cardiac conditions. Some areas of the venue are not accessible to pregnant women.

Some areas require you to go barefoot. Please remove your shoes before entering.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Staff may ask guests to leave if they stay too long during busy periods.
