I knew Florence it's must see city, but now that i've experienced it for myself, seeing it's Galleries, Museums, the incredible art people left behind for centuries, im proud to be alive and to be a human beeing. As an actor, i feel inspired now, for it's art that makes you whole in it's purest form. Thank you for this amazing offer regarding the tickets. Both palace and gardens were amazing. The views of florance from the top were beutiful. Garden scultures and the fountains together with the trees and wildlflower meadow were so pretty. Would just mention the gatdens are very steep so if you have mobility probelms stick to the lower gardens which are still pretty and the lemon house. Also the main Neptunes fountain is on the flat walking along the bottom from the entrance. Really good value for money.

The visit to the Uffizi Galleries and Pallazo Pitti/Bobolli Gardens was well worth it. Having pre-booked our tickets through Headout made the experience convenient and helped us make the most of our time. The attraction was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it.

O palácio Piti tem um bonito acervo de obras de arte. São tantas obras que não consigo eleger a mais bela. Quanto ao jardim, estava em obras e não pudemos apreciá-lo como deveria.

The Pitti Palace was an exceptional experience. We loved the history, art and particularly the costume gallery. As older visitors our legs did not appreciate the Bobboli Gardens.

No fuss-quick access🤸, full of ever-changing history, Art through the ages..very impressive 👏. The gardens are splendid although a lot of building 👷‍♂️ work going on. Anyhoo overall thoroughly enjoyable few hours. Recommended.

Too much to do in 1 day unless you start earlier in the morning. If you go in the warmer months, being lots of water for when you walk the garden as it is so large, you can get lost.

Es lief alles problemlos. Wir waren allerdings über die Menschenmassen in der Nebensaison überrascht. Bei der Buchung hätte man noch auf 3 Dinge aufmerksam machen sollen. Wenn man den Vasari-Gang gehen möchte, hätte man das extra buchen müssen. Wo und wie das auf Headout möglich ist, habe ich bisher noch nicht verstanden. Außerdem wäre es sinnvoll nicht nur einen Audiogude für die Uffizien zur Verfügung zu stellen, sondern auch für den Palazzo Pitti. Auch der Zutritt im Palazzo Pitti zu den zusätzlichen Zimmern im 1. Stock muss extra gebucht werden und das mit Zeitfenster. Auch hier habe ich keine Ahnung wie das über die Homepage möglich gewesen wäre. Leider wird im Boboli-Garten sehr viel gebaut, was dem Ganzen noch längere Zeit den Reiz nimmt, da sich das über den gesamten Garten hinwegzieht. Für die Baustelle kann Headout natürlich nichts. Die anderen Punkte sollte man bei den Buchungsvarianten berücksichtigen.

Artwork in the Pitti Palace was great. The missing pieces were the audio tour I paid for, but was told my the Pitti staff was not available. That, and the lack of signage of what I was viewing, made it made is almost boring and a barely passing grade (C-). A dead rat was floating in water in one of the ponds of the Boboli Gardens. Hmmmm, the more I think of it, I would give this tour a 1 star and D- grade. Extremely disappointed for the price. I'm telling any friends visiting Florence to skip this tour. Keep the $100 reward and send me a refund, please.

The climb from the square to the Pitti Palace entrance is steep (up to 20% gradient); wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility should have an accompanying person.

Boboli Gardens are fully pedestrianized and not accessible by vehicle; however, disability badge holders may park nearby.
