Muy buena la comida y el recorrido, solo el puerto debería esta un poco más señalado con luz qué de noche no se ve, y los meseros no atienden a todos igual uno de los meseros por atender la mesa de al lado que estaban consumiendo más botellas de vino puso en nuestra mesa una botella vacía de limonada y coca cola por atenderlos a ellos y nos dejó las botellas en nuestra mesa como si fuéramos indeseables.

The Heafout process was so easy, start to finish. I went online, ordered the tickets, received them by email. We didn't have a timed ticket which was great!! Since our plans changed we were able to show up anytime the day of our tickets. We got in line, showed our tickets and had a great time at the top of the Arc de Triomphe. Absolutely well worth it. What a view!!!

Der Eintritt verlief reibungslos. Man hatveinen wunderbaren Blick über die sternförmig angelegten Straßen, kann den Trubel im Kreisverkehr beobachten und vor allem den (bei uns ) angestrahlten und blinkenden Eiffelturm betrachten. Tolles Erlebnis!

Un'attrazione fantastica,nessun problema nel raggiungerla,facilità di entrata. E poi quando arrivi in cima ed hai tutta Parigi ai tuoi piedi non vorresti più scendere. Panorama mozzafiato tour eiffel in bella vista non puoi chiedere altro

As duas visitas foram ótimas. O acesso aos locais, a sinalização, a comunicação e confirmação dos ingressos. Os guias da torre Eiffel foi simpático e deu todas as informações necessárias. Não houve nenhuma dificuldade.

Accueil de très bonne qualité particulièrement à la boutique de souvenirs qui pour beaucoup ne venait pas de Chine. Les toilettes très propre, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans tous les monuments.

I couldn't download my tickets and an employee passed me her wifi. That was very nice of her. It was a beautiful view. My daughter and I really enjoyed it.

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Arc De Triomphe during our visit. The terrace views overlooking the city were spectacular! I've attached some pics below :)

Standing at the top of the Arc De Triomphe and looking over Paris was magical! However, 2 of the 4 of us required the elevator. Unfortunately, it was not working, and 2 from our party could not come to the top. I would hope that the ticket sellers would be apprised of conditions at landmarks like this and not sell tickets to people who are physically unable to use them. I should get a refund for those 2 tickets!

Arrive at the centrally located Place Charles-de-Gaulle and present your e-ticket (mobile or print) at the main entrance. After a quick security check, begin your self-guided or optional guided visit, ready to climb 284 stairs to the terrace.

What to expect

Arc de Triomphe

Standing at the heart of Paris since 1836, the Arc de Triomphe is a Neoclassical landmark commemorating French military history and national pride.

Features

Rooftop terrace: Enjoy sweeping views over Paris, including the Champs-Élysées and city skyline from nearly 50 meters above ground.

Tomb of the Unknown Soldier: Visit this solemn memorial, where the eternal flame is rekindled daily at 6:30 PM in honor of World War I soldiers.

Informative exhibitions: Learn about the monument’s symbolism and history through on-site displays.

Note: The elevator is reserved for disabled visitors; all others will climb stairs. The Arc de Triomphe is closed on select holidays and Wednesdays from June to September.

What to bring

Bring a valid ID card or passport for all guests, including children, as it may be required for entry or to claim free admission.

E-tickets must be printed or presented on a mobile device for entry.

Wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing, especially if visiting in hot weather (hat, water, sun cream recommended).

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and luggage exceeding 40x40x20cm are not allowed inside the Arc de Triomphe; no luggage storage is available on site.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the monument.

Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Tripods, flash photography, and filming equipment are not permitted inside the monument.

Accessibility

The Arc de Triomphe is not fully wheelchair accessible. The elevator is currently out of service due to maintenance (since late July 2026), and access is via stairs only (284 steps).

Elevator renovation is planned, with service resumption expected to be announced in 2027 (no confirmed date).

Accessible restrooms and facilities are limited; please plan accordingly.

Additional information

Everyone must have a ticket, including children and those eligible for free admission. Free tickets for eligible guests (under 18, EU citizens aged 18–25) must be collected at the Arc de Triomphe with valid ID.

Due to security measures, all visitors must comply with security checks; expect longer wait times during peak seasons.

Free entry is available for visitors under 18 and EU citizens under 26 (photo ID required).

The last entry is 45 minutes before closing.

Free entry on the first Sunday of January, February, March, November, and December and during European Heritage Days, the third weekend of September.

Special opening at 10am on Tuesdays, December 24 and 31.

The monument is closed annually on May 1, May 8, July 14, and November 11.

The Arc de Triomphe may be partially or fully closed on occasions due to official ceremonies or bad weather.
