The Florence Palazzo Vecchio is a beauiful, very large Renaissance building that has had multiple uses in its life - including the home of one of the later Medici families and more importantly the "town hall" and seat of government for the city of Firenze. It is magnificent with beautiful ceilings, wall frescos, paintings, statues and cabinetry. Headout provided Skip-the-line tickets easily which meant we just walked in a special entrance while others waited their turn. And the DEX app provided a good audio guide, especially of the lesser known art works and many rooms of the Palazzo. Worth the money!!

Buying the tickets was easy and we had no issues getting into the Palazzo. I really liked the audio guide, it gave us some much needed context to the interiors. The Palazzo Vecchio is beautiful but having more information made it much more enjoyable.

La visite était super, le matin à l'ouverture il n'y a personne. cependant je suis déçu que les billets ne contenaient pas la suite pour monter à la tour. Et très léger bémol, la personne avec 8mn de retard.

It was an audio tour but the key thing here isthat Headout was the only place we could get entry tickets that day. They were excellent and easy to deal with. THe Palace is worth a visit. Beautiful.

We booked the audio tour which was great, it gave lots of information and had a fun tone about it which made it more interesting. Would book this type of tour again when visiting museums in rhe future.

Absolutely incredible without the trouble of waiting in line. I was able to stay out of the crowd. It was almost like I was by myself! I would recommend Skip the line for any Tour or excursion.
