A very nice intermediarry person who gave us the tickets. The description of pick up place was very clear. She was perfect on time. She helped us with the installation of the audio guide. The only reason for the loss of 1 star was the quality of the audio guide. That wasn't the best quality. But overall a really Good experience

The tour guide was excellent. He guided us through Palazzo Vecchio and explained everything we needed to know. He was very friendly, approachable, and cheerful throughout the tour.

Der schnelle und unproblematische Einlass und der deutsche, informative Audioguide haben die Buchung mit Headout lohnenswert gemacht (übrigens auch die gute Wegbeschreibung zum Tiketerhalt und die Übergabe und Erklärung durch die Frau, die uns die Tickets abgegeben hat!)
