Our visit was made all the more poignant and meaningful by our absolutely amazing guide. Although I can’t recall her name, I will be adding the date and time of our tour so that she can hopefully be identified. Her passion for the subject was evident throughout, and her incredible knowledge brought the history to life in a way that was both deeply moving and thought-provoking. She explained everything with such care and sensitivity, helping us gain a much deeper understanding of the events and the people whose lives were affected. It was an incredibly emotional experience, and her guidance made it all the more powerful and memorable. We are so grateful to her for sharing her knowledge and passion with us. She truly made this visit something we will never forget. Thank you for such an outstanding and moving experience. Wednesday 14th October 4pm

Joanna, our guide, was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, interesting and informative. The pace was good too, from the ghetto tour and inside the museum. She gave us some new information, and other perspectives. Her English was very good too.

A very informative tour run by a super friendly guide - I learnt so much about the occupation of Krakow and the history of everything that happened, through the factory as well as the guided tour of the old ghetto - highly recommend!

A fascinating yet sobering exposition of just how radical ideologies may turn rational humans against each other. The museum is a sorry reminder of just how easily civilised society can descend into unspeakable horror. The museum itself provides good explanatory signage but the knowledgable insights provided by our excellent guide, some from personal family experience, truly enhanced the impact of the tour. Strongly recommend this in advance of any other experience.

Difficile de trouver 4 jours avant une visite avec un guide français. Donc en anglais. Visite intéressante, mais plus basée sur l'évolution de la guerre que l'histoire de l'usine et Oscar Schindler (ne pas hésiter à regarder des documentaires sur le sujet). En ce qui concerne le Ghetto, faire appel à son imagination d'après les indications pertinentes du guide, car beaucoup de quartiers reconstruit.

The factory tour was much more than just about Schindler. The guide explained so much about polish history, life and conditions of people, especially the Jews, during the war and pointed out a lot of the most interesting exhibits. It was fascinating to discover about the "real" Schindler and his true character - not all good!
