It the most fun jet ride for my family ever had , the tour introduction it very clear , this is my son first experience whit the jet rice , his loving it had so much fun , thank so much for the best experience even , well love to do it again

I would recommend giving seat preference to people that come first on a first come first serve basis. I came with my brother and sister about an hour early just so we could get front row seats, and we were actually the first ones from our boat, and we got the third row instead of the first. I personally feel like this part was a little bit unfair, but other than that everything went really really well. Our tour guide and captain were amazing. Overall, it was a fun experience and definitely worth it.

Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours was one of the most exciting experiences I’ve had in Niagara. The ride through the Niagara River rapids was thrilling, fast-paced, and full of adrenaline. The scenery along the gorge was beautiful, and the guides were professional, knowledgeable, and made the trip even more enjoyable. The powerful turns, waves, and splashes kept everyone laughing and excited from start to finish. Safety was clearly a priority, and the staff did an excellent job preparing passengers before departure. Whether you’re visiting Niagara for the first time or returning, this adventure is absolutely worth it and creates unforgettable memories.

Great staff, great fun, I would recommend maybe switching it up a little with your routine so it's not so predictable to keep it fun for repeat visitors, maybe add in an extra spin if able for more excitement but overall nothing bad to say about the experience or crew, they've always got jokes and definitely some to experience at least once even for children with a strong stomach.

Had a great time. Guides were helpful and personable. Very bad dad jokes. James was having way too much fun with them. We were in the dry boat, and the passengers were divided over whether the rapids or watching the wet seats get soaked was more fun. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

We loved it and everyone really went of their way to ensure a good time. It was efficient and fast to educate and load. The music was just perfect and played at the perfect time. We also enjoyed the history of the falls. Thank you.

The whirlpool boat ride was amazing!! We did the wet jet tour in the morning and loved it! When the boat dips in the water and the splash it makes is awesome! The crew was so friendly and entertaining!
