The boarding was very efficient the staff very friendly and knowledgeable The experience of being in the falls even though very wet was amazing 😊 Behind the falls through the tunnels a little crowded but we were intermingled with an entire bus of tourists that were fairly rude and pushy. Not your fault the last part on the deck at the base of the falls was worth it The view from the skyline tower was memorable as well Our tour guide was great so much knowledge and funny and personable

Nikolai was a superb tour guide—pleasant, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared fascinating facts and colorful stories about Niagara Falls that truly brought its history to life. As first-time visitors to the area, this tour was the perfect way to experience so many impressive sites in a short amount of time. Having Nikolai as our guide also gave us a wonderful sense of safety and security while exploring unfamiliar territory. We highly recommend this tour—and Nikolai!

This tour was exceptionally well planned, in my opinion. I booked all three tickets in advance and it was a perfect balance between free time and planned stops with the group. The group itself only consisted of seven people, which I really appreciated. Our driver and tour guide Afshin went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time, he was very friendly and caring and told us interesting facts about Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided us additional recommendations for the rest of our journey, he was on time and explained our itinerary well, we didn't have to wait in any lines or find parking, we just got to enjoy the different attractions without any stress. Highly recommend if you want your trip to be stress free. The only downside is that you are limited on time at Journey behind the falls, but that didn't impede our experience.

We had a brilliant day trip to Niagara Falls. Our tour guide was so friendly and helpful, providing interesting information and facts along the way. We were picked up on time from our pick up point and there was plemty of time to complete our pre paid activities and also do some ecploring around the area. Highly recommended and a special thank you to our brilliant guide.

Had a great trip up the Skylon tower/behind the falls and Niagara cruise. Our tour guide Parminder was excellent very knowledgeable and gave us great information and insights into the history of the fall's from a geological geographical and social point of view. Would highly recommend
