Ya tenía tiempo queriendo conocer las cataratas, recibía comentarios desalentadores porque decían que eran simples caídas de agua; sin embargo, el paquete elegido fue genial y completo, ya que no involucró sólo ver una caída de agua, sino que, al conocer los datos de las personas que llegaron a atreverse a saltar en las cataratas y poder visualizar la caída de agua desde los túneles, te permite conocer la magnitud y apreciar la belleza de la naturaleza, yo volvería a visitarlas y volvería a tomar el tour!!

We are so grateful, we went with this company. Our tour guide Julian was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with, engaging and very interactive with the group. The guys at the desk were very helpful for me and my family.When I messed up and we were at the wrong meeting point , they graciously moved our time so that we could still attend the walk behind the falls and the boat ride! They offered us cold water and invited me to stop crying because we were in good hands and they were absolutely right. I would 100% recommend going through this company to explore Niagara Falls Canada!!

Bonjour, tres jolie et magnifique expérience car les chutes du Niagara sont incontournables. La seconde partie, la visite des tunnels et des points d'observation à voir éventuellement mais aucun frisson. Before we even got to the falls, our guide gave us some great information regarding the area and how the falls came to be the attraction it now is. Behind the falls is a can't miss too (don't just do the boat ride). Once on the boat, the operator got us super close to the falls making for great photo opportunities.

Our tour guide was very friendly and accomadating. I needed to be in a wheelchair due to a sudden issue with my hip and while this presented a few challenges with the application none were insurmountable. My family really enjoyed the total experience. Thank you!

Pick up was straightforward and nice not having to worry about parking etc once at Niagara. Earlyish start helped build some free time to explore (in theory) but it was very busy so we had much less than originally informed would be likely

Overall we really enjoyed the experience. We only had one afternoon in Niagara, so it was helpful to book a tour. There is a lot to do and see, and it's hard to figure it all out. The experience behind the falls is really neat and we loved getting up close to the falls when on the boat. The tour took us along all the major viewpoints so we saw the falls from a variety of vantage points. The guide provided us with some interesting facts and information which we all appreciated. I wish they provided more details about parking and what to expect from the specific tour we did. We parked next to the tower ( minimum $10) but the tour ended a decent walk away.
