Ce service de transport est très précis et à l'heure. Par contre, il ne faut pas oublier que Headout émet un code QR et à la station, il faut avoir un billet papier pour entrer dans la station. Le billet papier doit être ramassé dans un guichet à la station. Bon à savoir d'avance et aussi prévoir du temps pour faire la ligne pour aller au guichet.

The Skyliner express was absolutely incredible. Being from New York, I know how valuable and important trains could be. Especially one with direct transport to an airport. Very clean and staff is super friendly! Definitely going to use this again my next time back!

Well the ride is excellent, but the fact that in 2026 you don't offer a trully digital ticket seems bad to me. We opted to but the tickets online thinking we would skip the crazy line for the ticket but then you had to redeem the "e-ticket" in another line!

Servicio rápido e intuitivo , nos ahorramos un montón de cola en el aeropuerto y en menos de media hora estábamos en el parque ueno. De ahí hay trenes a todos Los Barrios directos así que es genial para llegar a tokio

It was really easy to make the reservation. The price is competitive and I appreciated the offered Subway pass. The app is easy to use. It was easy to obtain the tickets with the voutcher.

Train rapide, confortable. De la place pour les bagages. Seul reproche: après 16h de vol plus l'escale, trouver comment échanger le voucher à Narita n’est pas facile lors d’un premier voyage. Avoir directement le billet, sous forme physique ou dematerialisee, serait vraiment plus simple. Maus cela be dépend pas de vous!

Infants (children 0 years old) are free of charge.

Up to two infants (children between 1 and 6 years old who have not yet entered elementary school) may ride free of charge if they are accompanied by a paying passenger who has a boarding pass.

You can use this ticket from Narita Airport to Nippori/Ueno Station or from Nippori/Ueno to Narita Airport.

When using the Skyliner bound for Narita Airport, tickets can be collected at the Keisei Ueno Station Keisei Skyliner Ticket Counter or Skyliner ticket vending machine from 5:10am to 8:20pm. At Nippori Station, tickets can be collected from the Skyliner ticket vending machine or JR Connection Counter from 5am to 11:30pm.

When using the Skyliner bound for Keisei Ueno, tickets can be collected at Narita Airport Station (Narita Terminal 1) or Airport Terminal 2 Station (Narita Terminals 2 and 3) from 7am to 9pm via the Skyliner ticket vending machine or Skyliner information counter.

Tickets can also be collected at the Narita Airport Terminal Building Keisei Electric Railway Ticket Sales Counter.
