Excellent service: the bus and the staff very friendly and helpful. I want to bring up to your attention that is a mistake created between the place we wanted to go in the bus, Hamacho area , and where the booking referred to : Tokyo station that was far away from our hotel, the staf at the station were very friendly to help us . Please think about adding Google map to the booking procedure. And as well while viewing the ticket the page breaked and caused stress understanding the date and the time that we booked and was not showed on the ticket

The airport limousine bus service was convenient & cheap. However finding someone to help us confirm the location after our dropped off taxi ride was hard. No directive signs where to go, no one was available to answer our concerns. I have to make stops at 4 different locations including inside the Tokyo JR Line location from North Yaesu Exit dropped off location. I am 72 years old with knee problem mobility. This was what we saw. No signs if this was the designated waiting area for Narita bound passengers

The service was the best. They pick you up right outside the airport, I mean with it steps of the door. The drivers were all very kind and helpful, and the way they run things is immaculate, every bus is on time. In my opinion, the price is very reasonable. We had a family of four and it was very affordable. We use this service both two and from the Disney area in Tokyo Bay.

I am traveler and this service, by far, has been so incredibly easy. The meeting place is right outside of the Narita airport steps away. Very convenient. The way the buses are run is so efficient and they're on time, every time. I would recommend the service highly. Our driver was very friendly and kind. I'm looking forward to using them again and again.

Very convenient, easy to find. I've arrived at Narita airport and the buses are just outside the terminal. I did not wait too long as my bus was leaving 15 minutes later. Was droped at the Asakusa view hotel and my hotel was in the Area.

Booked limo bus and was advised that I could change time if necessary. But was told to wait until my booked time. Disappointing, but otherwise service was a advertised. Thank you.
