Je recommande cette visite sans hésiter, vous allez descendre à 135 m de profondeur. Et voir comme des hommes et les animaux ont travaillé pour pouvoir extraire le sel. Cela va vous émerveiller par son histoire, ses galeries immenses, ces chapelles, ces lacs.... Pour les français, je recommande le guide Marek Czyzowsk ( Marc) un super guide qui vous expliquera l'histoire et les merveilles de cette mine avec un pointe humour pour passer une agréable visite. Je remercie Marek pour ce moment inoubliable, un très grand merci à lui, il a su animé cette visite avec professionnalisme et humour pour pouvoir passer un agréable moment. Un guide en or. Das historische Ensemble, bestehend aus dem schiefen Turm, dem reich bestückten Dom und den weiteren Prunkgebäuden ist sehr beeindruckend und lohnt sich jede Minute! Wir haben uns eine Stunde dafür nehmen können und sind begeistert! Auch die Organisation der Besucherströme klappt hervorragend und man hat trotz großer Besucherzahlen in Ruhe die Möglichkeit, alles anzuschauen.

Purchased a complete tour ticket but decided against going in the cathedral and museum. We understood you couldn't take bags in the tower but got stopped and told to remove a bum bag / fanny pack. There are renovations going on on the cathedral and the tower does appear to be too clean and overly restored in places. Worth climbing the tower though.

we had a good time at Pisa but I will no longer use Headout. We had two issues in Rome with their "partners" and were unable to use their tickets due to changes they made. They refused to provide refunds and Headout offered me $7.56 credit for another event. I will be using other travel apps from now on.

Aucun problème d'accès au site. Entrée à l'heure prévue. Juste pour éviter une perte de temps dans les périodes de forte affluence il faudrait signaler qu'il est obligatoire de laisser tous les sacs, y compris les sacs à main dans un vestiaire automatique tres bien fait.

Mit dem Ticket und einem Timeslot zu Mittag war es es tolles Erlebnis. Zuerst Dom und Babtisterium. Dann zum Turm zur angegebenen Zeit. Sehr entspannt. Zum Abschluss Speis und Trank im Terrassen-Restaurant des amusement mit Blick auf den Turm. Ein gelungener Tag.

Pisa Complex pass allowed entry into all buildings in the complex. Including climbing the tier. It was an easy process from the order to the tickets on phone. Recommend

Realmente nada especial, resulta bastante caro la reserva. No merece la pena sacarlo con antelación y a ese precio. Posiblemente en momentos de mucha afluencia en verano o festivos si te ahorras tiempo, pero en temporada baja pierdes dinero, se sacan en la taquillas bastante fácil. Aunque estás avisado al hacer la reserva que no se permite pasar con bolsos o maletas, no te avisan de que en la misma reserva tienes acceso a dejar tus bultos en una consigna gratuita y enfrente de la Torre. Si no preguntas o lo ves en otros turistas puede que hagas una cola y al llegar a la puerta tengas que dejar tus bultos en consigan con el consiguente pérdida de tiempo y de ánimo.

Begin your journey at the heart of Pisa by making your way to Piazza del Duomo, 56126 Pisa PI, Italy, the square that houses the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the magnificent Pisa Cathedral. Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled entry time and display your ticket at the entrance near the Porta Santa Maria, the main gateway to the square.

Step inside one of Italy’s most iconic landmarks and experience Pisa from ground level to skyline.

Timed entry to the Leaning Tower: Enter at your selected time and climb the iconic 12th-century bell tower at your own pace, taking in its unique tilt and panoramic views from the top.

Self-paced access to Pisa Cathedral: Visit the cathedral after your tower climb and explore its grand Romanesque interiors, intricate marble details, and historic artworks without a guided schedule.

What's not allowed

To preserve the tower, please refrain from bringing metal objects, bags, or containers.

Accessibility

The climb involves 273 steep steps with no elevators, making it inaccessible to wheelchair users and guests with cardiovascular issues.

Children under 8 cannot climb, and those aged 8–18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Additional information

Remember to wear modest clothing covering knees and shoulders as the visit includes entry to the Cathedral.

Entry tickets are timed to manage crowds; late arrivals will not be allowed.

If your chosen slot is unavailable, you’ll get a new time within one hour. Tower climbs are limited to 30 minutes to manage visitor flow.

The selected date and time apply only to the Tower; other monuments can be visited the same day or within a year from the chosen date.

Cathedral entry is free but requires a timed pass if visited alone; it is automatically included with any Pisa Complex ticket, including Tower entry.
