The mountain infrastructure - cablecars and clogwheel train - are very impressive and efficient. The Discovery Tour at Jungfraujoch is very informative and easy to follow. Perhaps those "ice sculptures" could be a bit better illuminated for photo shoots.

Il n'y a pas de mots pour expliquer la sensation à l'arrivée sur le glacier après une montée très belle en téléphérique. La vue sur le glacier restera inoubliable et pour couronner le tout on a terminé par une randonnée dans la neige ! Très beau site et aménagement parfait. Si vous ne devez faire qu'une seule chose lors de votre visite dans la région, c'est bien de monter à la Jungfrau.

Wir fanden die Organisation der Fahrt zum Jungfraujoch top, bestens organisiert. Für uns sehr eindrucksvoll, was die Menschen da geleistet haben. Das schöne Wetter ist leider nicht mitgefahren ;-), trotzdem war es ein Highlight dort oben zu sein. Auch die schnelle Antwort von Headout, die ich Abends per Mail noch gestellt habe, wurde umgehend beantwortet. Toller Service!

The activities were top notch, the logistics were very easy and worked well plus all members of our party had fun 9 of us ages 15 months to 70yrs). The scenery and the Ice Palace were especially spectacular. Nice to see the squirrel from the "Ice Age" movie in the palace Tour!

La réservation sur headout est facile mais le QR code envoyé pour visualiser les billets ne fonctionne pas. Je n'ai reçu les billets eux mêmes (en fait les 3 QR code des 3 billets achetés que 23h59 minutes avant le départ. Ce n'est pas très confortable.

Grindelwald Terminal, home to the region's newest shopping center, is the fastest portal to Jungfraujoch. Board your Eiger Express tricable gondola and look out at the largest north face of the Alps on one side and the summit ring of the Bernese foothills with the Lauberhorn, Männlichen and Faulhorn on the other. The historic cogwheel forms the last leg of your journey.
