What made our visit to Genting Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park truly special was being able to experience it together as a family. I visited with my wife and our little daughter, and watching her excitement throughout the day made the experience much more memorable for us. From the moment we entered, there was a great family-friendly atmosphere with plenty to explore and enjoy. Since this was a special family outing, we were able to take our time, enjoy the attractions, and capture some lovely memories together. Seeing our daughter enjoy the rides and the colourful surroundings was definitely one of the highlights of our visit. The Headout booking also made the experience convenient and hassle-free. Having our tickets arranged in advance meant we could spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying the park with our family. Overall, it was more than just a visit to a theme park—it was a wonderful family experience filled with excitement, laughter, and memories that we’ll look back on fondly. Visiting Skytropolis with my wife and little daughter made the day extra special.

Genting Skytropolis is a vibrant indoor theme park with over 20 rides and attractions, from gentle carousels and bumper cars for kids to adrenaline-filled pendulums and coasters, all inside the neon-lit First World Plaza, making it a perfect all-weather adventure.

Getting started

Show your ticket at the entrance gates for quick validation. The park is fully indoors, so there are no weather-related closures.

What to expect

Rain or shine, the fun never stops. With dining and shopping right inside First World Plaza, Skytropolis is perfect for families, groups, and friends looking for all-day flexibility.

Family rides (Low thrill): Jumping Spurs mini-tower, Boo Boo Bump bumper cars, Copper Express train, and classic Tea Cups.

Adventure rides (Medium thrill): Balloon Race, Soaring Ships, Royal Carousel, Sky Towers drop ride, and the Skyscraper indoor Ferris wheel.

Thrill rides (High thrill): Spin Crazy 360° pendulum, Disco! spinning disc, Super Glider suspended coaster, Power Surge, Music Express, and Bumper Boss arena.

You can upgrade your ticket to any one of the following packages:

Cable Car 2-Way + SkyWorlds + Skytropolis: Scenic Awana Skyway ride plus access to both outdoor blockbusters at SkyWorlds and indoor fun at Skytropolis — a complete package.

Cable Car 2-Way + Skytropolis: Combine a 2-way rainforest cable car ride with all-weather indoor entertainment at Skytropolis.

What to bring

Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.

For the best experience, wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a jacket or cardigan for the cool mountain weather, and consider a spare set of clothes for water rides. Costumes and full-face masks are not permitted inside the park.

Accessibility

Available at Guest Services (Studio Plaza) — RM35 for single, RM50 for double. Cashless payments are accepted at ticket counters for SkyWorlds.

All show spaces accommodate guests with disabilities. Ask any Team Member for assistance

Vegetarian dishes are available at most restaurants. No outside food or drinks allowed.

What's not allowed

Outside food and drinks, selfie sticks, photography or videography, and smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited at the theme park.

Children are to be supervised at all times.

Outdoor and large rides may close temporarily during rain or strong winds for your safety.

All washrooms include diaper-changing tables.

For your safety, some of the rides at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park require that guests be a specific height or taller. You may refer to the ride warning sign in front of your preferred rides.

Guests must present their PPR booking confirmation, either printed or digital, to collect their ride ticket.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
