Everything ran like clockwork. The van transfer was clean, air-conditioned, and punctual. Doing ATVs, ziplines, and a cenote swim all in one half-day tour is incredible value for money.

The open-air cenote is natural, deep, and refreshing. Learning how traditional artisanal tequila is produced while sampling different varieties was a great cultural touch.

What to bring

Carry a valid ID or passport for ticket validation.

Carry adequate cash, including smaller denominations of Mexican Peso, for food, souvenirs, or tips.

Adventure park

A valid driver's license may be required to drive an ATV.

Closed-toe shoes are required for the ATV ride and zipline circuit.

Bring a swimsuit and towel for the cenote swim.

Biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent are required to help protect the cenote ecosystem.

Pets and service animals are not allowed.

Cameras, phones, and loose items cannot be carried on ziplines unless securely attached.

The tour isn’t suitable for wheelchair users, pregnant women, or visitors with limited mobility.

Adventure park

The experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Activities involve uneven terrain, stairs, and moderate physical effort.
