The Duomo is incredible and has so many stories to tell. This is a must see in Milan. Our guide was so knowledgeable and easily communicated the history and facts of the Duomo, along with wonderful stories. Visited on a hot day, but in the morning, still being on the terraces is well worth the heat for spectacular views and a close up of the intricate skulpting of the spires.

El duomo de Milanés una pasada, nos encantó, lo de llevar las entradas desde aquí, un acierto, pero creo que la descripción del producto que compras es erróneoa, lo de sin colas no es cierto, teníamos hora de entrada a las 12, nos adelantamos un poco por si había algo de follón, y tardamos más de una hora en entrar, aunque la espera valió la pena... Después nos dijeron que podíamos entrar al duomo con esa misma entrada, cual fue nuestra sorpresa, que después de volver hacer cola, ya que no es la misma lla que sube a las terrazas que la que entra en la catedral... Nos dijeron que esa entrada no era válida... Fue un palo, y perdimos tiempo, por eso creo que deberían de cambiar y especificar bien para que son cada una... Pero aún así, es una visita muyyyyyyyy recomendable y Milán, muy bonita!

The guide was great, gave many details and information. You get to the rooftop, also included the museum. So it's worth the price. And what's great, you skip the lines, so you don't need to wait, like 10min to the church, 10min to the roof. It also saved time. Sadly, we didn't had a chance to wander the church and you enter only once.

Seeing the roof top and the second floor was amazing. The inside of the church is also amazing. We had afternoon tickets, 1415, on Sunday. The church closed around 1600. We had crypt tickets but missed it because it closed. We were expected to tour the crypt on our own after the tour. We wish the tour guide would have told us.

This was an amazing tour. Daniel was a very knowledgeable guide & made it so enjoyable. The tour included an elevator to the terrace so made it perfect for those with reduced mobility & meant they didn't miss out on the super views & information on the cathedral.

Your visit begins at the Milan Cathedral entrance. Depending on your ticket, you can choose to climb 250 stairs or take the lift to reach the terraces. For a faster experience, skip-the-line access allows you to bypass the queues and head straight up to the rooftop.

Gain access to the cathedral’s stunning rooftop terraces—the largest walkable Gothic roof in the world—and take in unmatched views of Milan from above. Whether you ascend by stairs or lift, this experience offers a remarkable perspective on both the cathedral and the city.

Features

Terrace views: Enjoy panoramic views over Milan’s skyline. From this elevated vantage point, you can spot landmarks like Sforza Castle, the Duomo’s 135 spires, and the iconic Madonnina statue atop the Tiburio.

Candoglia marble forest: Wander through the cathedral’s “stone forest” of intricate spires and pinnacles, carved from signature pink-hued Candoglia marble. Keep an eye out for curious details in the stonework—like Dante’s face, an icepick, a rope, and more.
