• Pets: Pets, with the exception of registered assistance dogs are not allowed.

• Feeding: Feeding, touching, or interfering with marine life at any point during the cruise is strictly prohibited.

• Unaccompanied minors: Kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Food & drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park; picnics are only allowed in the designated picnic areas.

• Glass containers: Glass of any kind is strictly prohibited throughout the entire park.

• Prohibited accessories: Loose jewellery, glasses without straps, and hard accessories are not permitted on slides.

• Cameras: Leave GoPro-style cameras and smartphone cases at the hotel; these are not permitted on any park attractions.

• Sun loungers: Sun loungers and chairs must stay in their allocated zones — moving them to other areas is not allowed.

• Garments other than dedicated swimwear: Anything other than swimwear on water attractions is prohibited.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair access: This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with significant mobility limitations, as boarding and moving around the catamaran requires steps and an uneven deck.

• Pregnant women: Not recommended for pregnant women or guests who are prone to seasickness.

• Wheelchair access: The park has accessible pathways across most areas; some rides have minimum height requirements and physical restrictions.

• Ride restrictions: Guests with mobility requirements should check individual ride restrictions at the park entrance.

• Fully accessible zones: Kidzworld and the Chill Out zones are fully accessible and do not involve rides.

• Swim stop: The swim stop lasts approximately 30–45 minutes but may be shortened if the wildlife search requires more time.

• Wildlife sightings: Dolphin and whale sightings are very common on this route but cannot be guaranteed, as animals move freely in the ocean.

• Potential cancellations: The cruise may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather or rough sea conditions; in such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

• Guests with seasickness: If you're prone to seasickness, consider taking motion sickness medication before boarding and avoid heavy meals immediately before departure.

• Kids: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times on deck.

• Hours: Opening hours vary by season; check before your visit.

• Age and height categories: Adult (11+ or taller than 1.40m), Child (5–10 or 1.10–1.40m), Toddler (3–4 or 0.90–1.10m), Senior (65+), Free admission for children under 2 or under 0.90m.

• Opening hours: 10am–5pm (September to June) and 10am–6pm (July and August).

• Last entry: 3:30pm (September to June) and 4:30pm (July and August). Rides close 30 minutes before park closing.

• Redunds: No refund is available once you have entered the park, or if weather conditions or maintenance cause attractions to close.

• Extra amenities: Sun loungers, parasols, lockers, and fast passes are available to hire inside the park at extra cost.

• Parking: Parking is available on site for €5 per day.
