The tour to the Eiffel Tower was simply amazing... At the beginning, we were a bit skeptical because we didn't really want to book a guided tour, but everything was just great. Our guide was incredibly friendly and funny; he paused at the right places and told us not only about the Eiffel Tower but also about many things around it. The fact that he acted as a photographer for the group members in front of the Eiffel Tower was also really awesome... because that's how the most beautiful photo of our entire vacation was taken! Thank you so much once again for that. He conducted the entire tour in English, but since my husband unfortunately speaks little to no English, he kept taking short pauses so I could translate everything he said for my husband. All in all, a great experience. I can only advise everyone to book through this agency. You definitely won't regret it.

My client will enjoy the experience without any hiccups, so I’d definitely consider using Headout again, especially if they continue refining the on‑ground information.

Had a fantastic time. Our guide was Kenny. She was really great. She told us lots of very interesting facts and had us all laughing and guessing answers to questions. Very entertaining. Having a guide also allowed us to go in at a set time without having to wait in long queues for security and lifts. The views from the very top were amazing. Had to wait about ten minutes for the lift to the top, but so worth it. There are gift shops and places to get drinks and snacks, including sandwiches and rolls. This was definitely the hi light of our trip to Paris. Would definitely recommend doing this tour.

This was my 1st time using headout and I would certainly use it again and I would be happy to recommend the service. I was kept informed about my outing and sent every detail I needed to get to my meeting point. Our tour leader Sebastian was very knowledgeable and a complete professional. He handled our large group with ease and took time with everyone's questions. He really was an exceptionally good guide. We were given time to take photos from great vantage points along the way to the tower and everything ran smoothly getting in and up. Overall a great experience.

Good tour however guide didn't come to the summit with us. Also poor communication regarding change of venue resulting in delayed start and additional walking to meet guide. Headout admin team refused to acknowledge that there was a venue change - comms need to improve

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.
