On-time boarding, smooth and interesting ride. The guide, Ryan, was engaging and high-energy with interesting stories about the landmark buildings and some historic Chicago events. Terrific overall, I would just critique that downloading the app to retrieve tickets should not be mandatory; feels like that wasn't properly disclosed. We are happy with the experience overall.

It was nice enjoyed the music and the ride was really fun looking at the skyline at night with lights beautiful fireworks were average but still fun i think better than being on a regular boat we laughed we got some great photos. The speaker was having issues so really couldn't hear the narrator talking about the sights or he wasn't talking loud enough. that part was the least fun but everything else worth it

Exciting and unexpected. It was my two 15 year old grandkids favorite experience of our entire visit to Chicago!
