We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Niagara Falls (USA) Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds & Observation Tower Guided Tour. From start to finish, everything was well organized, fun, and unforgettable. Our guide, Paul, was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and had a great sense of humor that made the entire tour enjoyable for our group of five. He kept everyone engaged and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The Maid of the Mist was incredible—being so close to the Falls was breathtaking and definitely a bucket-list experience. The Cave of the Winds was another highlight and an absolute must-do! The power of the Falls up close is something we'll never forget. One of the things we appreciated most was that all of Paul's tips were spot on—from where to stand for the best views and photos, to practical advice that helped us make the most of each attraction. Thanks to him, we had an even better experience than we expected. If you're visiting Niagara Falls, this tour is 100% worth it, and if you're lucky enough to have Paul as your guide, you're in for a treat! 💯 Highly recommended! This was an awesome experience!! Brian made us feel like we had known him all of our lives! He was very attentive to anything that we needed or wanted to do. He was very informative and made the trip very enjoyable! We had driven over 1100 miles to see Niagara Falls. We could have not asked for a better guide to see all the things that there was to see at Niagara Falls in a day and yes, that is possible! We started at nine and still had time to catch an afternoon nap after visiting all the highlights on the American side of Niagara Falls. I would absolutely suggest anyone wanting a great tour to take this private tour with this company! And absolutely request Brian!

Our tour Guide David L was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the Niagara Falls and its History. He went into detail discussing the formation of the falls and gorge as well as the founder of Maid of the mist boat ride. While walking through the park David gave details and history of the different parts of the park. His enthusiasm was infectious and made an already wonderful park into a top notch much see experience. Thank you David for a wonderful day.

We really enjoyed our group walking tour that included Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds! Our guide, Greg was wonderful, funny and gave us lots of great information. He handled the tickets and made the tour a breeze! He was great with the kids in the group! My only "complaint" would be to provide more information prior to booking. For example, idea of where to park and that it is a lot of walking. Would definitely recommend to others.

My cousin and I had an amazing time. We are on our first vacation together and at first wasn't going to come here and at the last minute added it to the trip. It was the best decision we made. We did the tour and our tour guide Paul was awesome. Will definitely be coming back with my husband!!

The whole tour was everything expected and much more. This was our first time to Niagara Falls. The Falls their selves was spectacular. The tour guide we had was entertaining yet educational. He was a local and shared many stories. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
