What to bring

• Luggage allowance: Each participant can bring one standard-sized bag weighing up to 7kg.

What's not allowed

• Intoxication: Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused service without a refund.

• Wildlife protection: Do not feed marine or wild animals or engage in activities that could damage the surrounding ecosystem.

Additional information

• Meeting point: Paradise Suites Hotel, where you'll check in before taking an electric cart to Paradise Elegance.

• Departure time: Check in by 11:30am for the 12pm departure. Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.

• Return time: Disembark at Tuan Chau International Marina at approximately 10:45am on Day 2.

• Late arrivals: Latecomers and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

• Infant policy: Children aged 0–4 can join free of charge if they do not occupy a separate seat. Infants and children must still be included in the passenger headcount.

• Child pricing: Children aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate.

• Cabin occupancy: Each cabin accommodates 2 adults and 1 child aged 0–11 sharing existing bedding. A maximum of 1 child can share a cabin with 2 adults.

• Additional charges: An extra bed costs VND 650,000 per night. A surcharge of VND 800,000 per room per night applies to occupancy by 1 adult and 1 child aged 5–11.

• Holiday surcharge: A gala dinner surcharge of VND 1,250,000 per adult and VND 650,000 per child applies on December 24 and 31, 2026. Pay directly on-site.

• Live music: The live music performance is not available on Mondays.

• Itinerary changes: The schedule may change depending on weather and traffic conditions.

• Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is available with at least 7 days' notice.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
