• Morning tour pickup: Hotels in Hoi An: 7:30am to 8am; hotels in Da Nang: 8am to 8:30am.

• Sunset tour pickup: Hotels in Hoi An: 1:30pm to 2pm; hotels in Da Nang: 2pm to 2:30pm.

• Pickup timing varies based on your hotel location, as the vehicle first collects guests in Hoi An and then continues to Da Nang before starting the tour.

• There are 146 steps up from the foot of Marble Mountain to the first stop (Xa Loi Tower) and then 136 steps up to the cave system. An elevator is available for the first 146 steps at your own expense.

• The tour will take place rain or shine. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, sea conditions, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure guest safety and the best experience possible.
