This worked out well for us and enjoyed the journey. A better description on when to arrive at Interlaken OST is needed. The time on the ticket was the time to arrive at Grinderwald. Not the time to arrive at the train station. We happen to arrive early and luckily we caught the train. Lastly, there should be somewhere to check your return down. Several of the Headput customers were frustrated because they were to early or missed there departure times. This is an amazing trip and very much appreciated the experience.

There are no words to describe the feeling of arriving at the glacier after a beautiful cable car ride up. The view of the glacier will stay with me forever, and to top it all off, we finished with a hike in the snow! A truly beautiful site with perfect facilities. If there’s only one thing you must do during your visit to the region, it’s definitely to go up to the Jungfrau.

We thought the trip to the Jungfraujoch was fantastic—it was extremely well organized. We were really impressed by what people have accomplished there. Unfortunately, the nice weather didn’t come along with us ;-), but it was still a highlight to be up there. Headout also responded immediately to the question I sent them by email that evening. After carefully glancing through various popped up sites for buying tickets to Jungfrauch, Headout special caught my attention and fortunately overall experience was professional, smooth and tickets were delivered promptly. Though, this could have been made possible through other platforms as well, however, I found this much better.

The activities were top notch, the logistics were very easy and worked well plus all members of our party had fun 9 of us ages 15 months to 70yrs). The scenery and the Ice Palace were especially spectacular. Nice to see the squirrel from the "Ice Age" movie in the palace Tour!

An explanation of the type of ticket I would be purchasing. Although more details would have been helpful, I took the train on the way up when I could have used the gondola from the start; using both made the experience more enjoyable.

Eiger Glacier Station: Over here, gain access to numerous skiing and hiking routes, as well as connections for the final leg of your journey to Jungfraujoch – the cogwheel train.

Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe: Enjoy a range of attractions up on this 'saddle', with access to the Sphinx Observatory, Ice Palace, Plateau & Alpine Sensation. Get three hours of free time before your scheduled descent.

Eiger Glacier Station: Travel back down to Eiger Glacier by cogwheel before boarding the Eiger Express gondola back down to Grindelwald.

End point: Grindelwald Terminal

From Interlaken

Starting point: Interlaken OST - At Interlaken station, board the Bernese Oberland railway and head to Grindelwald Terminal.

Grindelwald Terminal: From this station, board the gondola lift with 360° glass windows, and watch the forests, glaciers, and sierras pass by from over 3,000 meters above sea level.

Please note that this ticket also includes seat reservation for the descent, which is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.

For the Eigergletscher-Jungfraujoch route, you have the option to reserve a seat post-booking to avoid waiting times on peak days.
